Hurricane Relief Call Center Representative

We are seeking agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. Candidates will be contacted via email and text on an as-needed basis. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Position Responsibilities

What does a Hurricane Relief Agent do?

Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional solutions to simple requests, applying customer service techniques, and learning our account management systems to assist during a difficult time.

  • Assist customers with service inquiries
  • Learn common requests and solutions
  • Improve the customer’s experience
  • Utilize our service techniques and systems
  • Escalate dissatisfaction to proper channels

Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, dedicated, and bring a positive attitude daily.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country, willing to undergo background/security checks, and drug screening. Job offers depend on these results.
