IBP Panhandle is seeking a reliable Window Protection Installer to install fabric hurricane panels and AstroGuard systems on residential and commercial properties. You will measure, mark, and install materials using power and hand tools, while adhering to safety standards and client specifications.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Protection Installer specializing in fabric hurricane panels and AstroGuard installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install fabric hurricane panels and AstroGuard systems on residential and commercial properties.
  • Measure and mark areas for installation based on blueprints or client specifications.
  • Use power tools and hand tools to secure panels and materials properly.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members on-site.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles.
  • Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in construction, window installation, or hurricane protection systems is preferred.

Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively are essential. The role also requires mobility to move through residential construction sites and attention to detail to complete final punch-out tasks efficiently.
