Job summary

Hurley Retail is seeking a Store Manager in Grand Prairie, TX to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team.

In this role you will recruit and train staff, monitor inventory, optimize store presentation, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements include 3+ years of retail management, proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems, strong English communication, weekend availability, and the ability to coach and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.

• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
