Job Overview:
City Harvest is seeking a self-motivated Hunts Point Coordinator (Part-Time)who will be responsible for managing existing donors, setting up pallets for drivers and securing additional sources of food donations from Hunts Point in the Bronx. The position will work closely with City Harvest drivers, operations teams and external donors, providing excellent customer service with the goal of securing as much produce as possible within our quality standards. They will provide daily donation recaps to internal teams.
The position reports to the Manager, Donor Relations & Supply Chain and works Mondays through Fridays, 6am – 11am in the Hunts Point Produce Market in the Bronx. To be considered, please ensure you have reliable transport to the Bronx (10474) to arrive by 6am and/or live nearby. The position is part-time and will be a minimum of 20 hours to a maximum of 25 hours per week.
