Responsibilities

  • Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for display or back stock.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring product to display.
  • Assist customers and sales staff with retrieving and loading purchased items.
  • Maintain an orderly appearance of personal work space and store areas, including cleaning and organization.
  • Perform basic math operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s.
  • Read, comprehend, and communicate instructions, memos, and information effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Stay organized, multi-task, and support various roles within the store.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Exercise judgment, tact, and professionalism with all organizational levels.
  • Communicate clearly and timely, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Adhere to professional appearance standards and contribute positively to the team environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • Work scheduled hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.

Physical & Lifting Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear, with or without accommodations. Be prepared to exert significant force, including lifting over 100 pounds occasionally.
