We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Content Producer & Motion Designer to join our growing creative team. This hybrid role is ideal for a visual storyteller with a strong command of digital content creation, video editing, and motion graphics design, particularly for social and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with creative, social, and influencer teams to develop compelling visual content that drives engagement and pushes creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Motion Design

• Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality social and digital content that tells authentic and engaging brand stories.
• Design and animate motion graphics for campaigns, social media assets, and digital advertising using Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
• Create storyboards and visual content for IG Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and branded content.
• Shoot footage independently and collaboratively, executing the vision of the Creative team.
• Jump on trends and translate them into culturally relevant brand content.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand visuals.
• Collaborate with the creative, social, and influencer teams to develop campaign concepts.
• Contribute fresh, innovative ideas for social-first strategies and interactive content formats.
• Assist in brainstorming and executing original social campaigns, giveaways, and challenges.
• Help internal teams and clients understand and adopt best practices for visual storytelling on digital platforms.

Post-Production & Technical Execution

• Handle post-production needs including editing, sound, color, and optimization.
• Manage multiple projects with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Interface with clients for creative reviews and revisions.

Qualifications :

• 5–7+ years of content creation and motion design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with CapCut, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D tools a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, edited video content, and visual storytelling.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) including best practices and specs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from ideation to execution.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration experience.
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) is a bonus.
