Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a dependable cleaning associate in Minnesota to perform floor cleaning, office and restroom sanitation, and general facility upkeep. You will operate floor scrubbers, handle trash, and contribute to daily cleanliness across client sites.

New hires may receive a $600 sign-on bonus paid in installments. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week, Wednesday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. No previous experience is required, and attendance standards apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers to clean offices, restrooms and common areas.
• Take out trash and manage pallets.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across facilities.

Sign-On Bonus Available – $600 Total

New hires are eligible for a $600 sign-on bonus, paid in installments of:

$200 after 30 days of employment

$200 after 60 days of employment

$200 after 90 days of employment

Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing to receive each installment. Attendance policy requirements apply and employees must meet attendance standards during each eligibility period to qualify for bonus payments.

• Operating floor scrubbers
• Cleaning offices
• Cleaning restrooms
• Taking out trash
• Pallet management
• Other daily tasks
