Qualifications

• Experience negotiating PI claims with insurers and defense counsel is desired.
• 1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Litigate cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings and motions, including summary judgment motions.
