Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support DoW collection priorities and deliver actionable intelligence to defense clients. You will leverage your targeting expertise, visualization tools, and certifications to directly influence warfighter outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in HUMINT targeting, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to produce clear cables and network diagrams. Washington, DC area; some remote work policies apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HUMINT targeting experience.
• Experience with computer-based tools CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer, Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX.
• Experience writing cables.
• Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC.
• Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years targeting experience, or 10+ years targeting in lieu of a degree.

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
