Job summary

Peraton is seeking a senior HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support USCYBERCOM J2X at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires deep targeting experience and adherence to IC analytic standards, working in a sensitive, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.

• Support collection requirements development to address gaps in HUMINT intelligence.
• Develop and present intelligence briefings to USCYBERCOM J2X staff and leadership.
• Respond to RFIs related to HUMINT targeting.
• Adhere to handling and dissemination procedures for sensitive HUMINT materials.
• Document operating instructions for command-wide programs.

What You Bring

Required:

• ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)clearance with Polygraph


• Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD


• Working knowledge of HUMINT targeting methodologies, target development processes, and IC/DoD classification guidelines


• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and assessments inMicrosoft Officeformats


• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques


• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across HUMINT platforms


• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Background in HUMINT operations, target development, or source management


• Experience with HUMINT targeting tools and databases


• Familiarity with DoD HUMINT collection authorities and targeting oversight requirements


• Experience withIntellipediaor other IC analytic platforms


• Knowledge of foreign intelligence service structures and HUMINT targeting methodologies


• 12+ yearsof relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years


• Master's degreein a related field —ora Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
