Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Senior HUMINT Network Developer Analyst to lead complex network development and assessment activities supporting DIA HUMINT missions. The role integrates intelligence data, characterizes networks, and delivers senior-level analyses informing operational planning.

The candidate will guide multi-source network assessments, mentor staff, and brief findings to senior Government audiences in a high-tempo environment, with an emphasis on quality control and adherence to security

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in HUMINT network development, analysis, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
• Experience leading complex, multi-source network assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development/maintenance of complex network models incl. entities, relationships, nodes, access points, gaps.
• Integrate intelligence data to produce defensible network assessments for HUMINT operations.
• Apply advanced link, pattern, and network-analysis methods; create repeatable workflows.
• Identify collection opportunities, gaps, and risks; recommend actions to collectors and leaders.
• Coordinate with HUMINT collectors, targeting officers, managers, analysts, partners to validate findings.
• Review quality-control of diagrams, assessments, and briefings produced by the team.
• Brief complex findings and recommended actions to operational and senior government audiences.
• Mentor junior staff and advance network exploitation tradecraft and best practices.

Overview

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior HUMINT Network Developer Analyst to lead complex network development and analysis supporting DIA Directorate for Operations HUMINT missions. The analyst will integrate intelligence and operational information, characterize complex networks, identify access and collection opportunities, and deliver senior-level assessments that inform operational planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of complex network models identifying entities, relationships, key nodes, access points, vulnerabilities, and intelligence gaps.
• Integrate intelligence reporting and authorized data holdings to produce defensible network assessments supporting HUMINT collection and operational planning.
• Apply advanced link, pattern, and network-analysis methodologies and establish repeatable analytic workflows for complex mission problems.
• Identify and prioritize collection opportunities, analytic gaps, and operational risks; provide recommendations to collectors, planners, and senior leaders.
• Coordinate with HUMINT collectors, targeting officers, collection managers, analysts, and interagency mission partners to validate findings and synchronize support.
• Review and quality-control network diagrams, assessments, briefings, and other analytic products produced by the team.
• Brief complex findings and recommended courses of action to operational and senior Government audiences.
• Mentor junior and mid-level personnel and advance network exploitation tradecraft and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience related to HUMINT network development, network analysis, network exploitation, targeting, or a closely related labor category, with a portion of that experience within the last two years.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-source network assessments in support of intelligence or operational missions.
• Ability to provide senior technical guidance, conduct quality control, and perform with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience briefing senior Government audiences.
• Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information.
• Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements.
• Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables.
• May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of NSA Network Exploitation Training Activity training or equivalent.
• Experience directly supporting HUMINT collectors and operational targeting.
• Advanced proficiency with Government-approved link-analysis, network-analysis, geospatial, or data-visualization tools.
