Job summary

RSC2, Inc. is seeking an intermediate HUMINT 35M Instructor to join our growing team at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will deliver classroom and simulation-based training on HUMINT operations, including interrogations and source operations, and train students on intelligence collection techniques.

Qualifications include a Secret clearance, 4 years of HUMINT MOS experience, and completion of 35M/351M courses. Full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Secret or Secret Interim clearance.
• 4 years of MOS HUMINT operational experience as 35M/351M within the last ten years.
• Must have completed one of the military courses: 35M or 351M.
• Ability to work in a wide variety of terrain and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and simulation-based instruction on HUMINT operations, including interrogations, debriefings, screenings, and source operations.
• Train students on intelligence collection techniques, questioning methodologies, and elicitation strategies per Army HUMINT doctrine.
• Provide practical exercises and scenario-based training to simulate real-world environments.
• Assess trainee performance through practical exercises, simulations, and written evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Ensure all training activities comply with safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks.
