Job summary

RSC2, Inc. in Fort Huachuca, AZ, is seeking an intermediate HUMINT 35M Instructor to join our growing team. You will deliver classroom and simulation-based instruction on HUMINT operations, train students on collection techniques, and assess trainee performance.

The role requires a Secret or Secret Interim clearance and 4 years of HUMINT experience, plus completion of the 35M/351M course. Applicants must be able to work in varied terrain and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Secret or Secret Interim clearance required.
• 4 years of MOS operational HUMINT experience as 35M/351M within last ten years.
• Completed one military course: 35M or 351M.
• Ability to work in varied terrain and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and simulation-based instruction on HUMINT operations.
• Train students on intelligence collection techniques, questioning methodologies, and elicitation strategies.
• Provide practical exercises and scenario-based training to simulate real-world environments.
• Assess trainee performance through practicals, simulations, and written evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and ensure safety protocols are followed.
