Job summary

Tactica Solutions is seeking an Intelligence Operator (HUMINT SME) to support operations at the 16th Air Force (AFCYBER) in San Antonio, TX. The role provides expert guidance on HUMINT and CI integration across AFCYBER, JFHQ-C(AF), and cyber campaign teams.

This is a pre-award position contingent upon contract award, requiring TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and several years of HUMINT experience in joint environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience conducting and/or supporting HUMINT operations.
• At least two years supporting cyber operations.
• DoD HUMINT or MSO tradecraft course completed (DSDC or equivalent).
• Experience in HUMINT planning, training, and joint/combined exercises.
• Strong HUMINT/CI integration and reporting systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide HUMINT SME support for exercise planning, training, mentoring, and execution.
• Coordinate and deconflict HUMINT reporting across systems.
• Track and manage HUMINT support activities and databases.
• Facilitate HUMINT integration across AFCYBER campaign teams and LOEs.
• Support HUMINT collection management and capability development.
