Job summary

The Enrichery is seeking an Academic Coach to support K-8 and High School students in humanities subjects, including AP Literature and AP US History. Sessions are conducted 1-on-1 in private offices at our facility and scheduled weekly, with onboarding and ongoing guidance from experienced coaches.

Ideal candidates are university-educated, enjoy teaching, and can commit to at least 15 hours per week, including Sundays, with consistent hours and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain academic content clearly to K-8 and High School students.
• Strong relationship-building and mentoring skills.
• Experience in humanities tutoring or teaching roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 humanities coaching sessions (K-8 and HS).
• Conduct sessions in private on-site offices; no home-to-home sessions.
• Support students in AP-level humanities coursework and test prep where applicable.
• Maintain engaging, student-centered tutoring and track progress.
