Job summary

The Enrichery is seeking an Academic Coach to support K-8 and High School students in Humanities in Bellaire, TX. Sessions are 1-on-1 and held in private offices at our facility, with consistent, recurring weekly hours.

You will help students master advanced coursework such as AP Literature and AP World History, build confidence, and develop lifelong study skills. Onboarding and shadowing ensure you’re supported from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain academic content in a clear, engaging way.
• Proven ability to build relationships and boost student confidence.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a four-year university.
• Available 15+ hours per week, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 tutoring sessions in humanities.
• Support K-8 and high school students in AP/Humanities topics.
• Follow onboarding and training with provided resources and guidance.
• Schedule aligns with Mon–Fri evenings and Sundays per posted hours.

What We're Looking For:

Academic Coaches who can support K-8 and High School students in a range of Humanities subjects, including:

• Advanced Coursework: AP Literature, AP US History, AP World History
  
• Test Prep (Preferred): ACT, SAT, ISEE
  

The Academic Coach Experience:

Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours

All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home

A highly supportive and collaborative team environment

Paid onboarding/training and shadowing with experienced coaches

Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university

Are available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm)
