Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Programme Analyst to support population data and estimation for humanitarian settings. The role focuses on population dynamics, projections, and dissemination across COD-PS and related data products.

You will work within the Data and Analytics Branch to strengthen data quality, produce analyses, and contribute to dashboards and tools for humanitarian preparedness and response. This consultancy is home-based with international scope.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with quantitative focus and 2+ years of experience in population data analysis or related research.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience in population data analysis or related field in international context.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analyses and data products supporting COD-PS development and dissemination.
• Support capacity development and training across HQ, regional, and country offices.
• Develop population data tools, dashboards and documentation for humanitarian programming.
• Represent the program in inter-agency working groups and external collaborations.
• Deliver outputs within established timelines (88 working days) and ensure data quality and interoperability.
