Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI seeks a compassionate Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services in clients\' homes, schools, and communities.

Under supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, you will help clients build independence, coping skills, and achieve their goals, with flexible scheduling including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field required.
• Experience with individuals experiencing mental health challenges preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the community.
• Trauma-informed, person-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services.
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills.
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes.
• Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records.

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, you will help clients build independence, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes
