Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be working towards a High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid NYS Driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care and supports provided to persons with disabilities in a supervised person-centered manner.
• Uphold agency values and collaborate with all agency functions to ensure supports are completed.
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, gardening and other duties as identified.
• Maintain safe, secure, and comfortable home atmosphere and ensure continuity and security for each individual.
