Job summary

To The Rescue is seeking a Human Service Coordinator in Cedar Rapids, IA to support individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and/or mental illness living in community settings.

The role oversees the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program, including daily quality assurance of all paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with Iowa Code, SSA, MCOs, Medicaid policies and To The Rescue standards.

Job description

The Human Service Coordinator provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and/or mental illness who live independently in community settings.

The Human Service Coordinator will manage all aspects related to the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program. This includes but is not limited to the quality assurance functions daily on all support paperwork and documentation to remain compliant with standards set by Iowa Code, the Social Security Administration, Managed Care Organizations, Iowa Medicaid Enterprises, and To The Rescue Policies.
