Job summary

To The Rescue seeks a Human Service Coordinator to support individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and/or mental illness living independently in community settings. The role focuses on coordinating services and ensuring ongoing program implementation aligns with established standards and regulatory requirements.

The coordinator will oversee daily quality assurance on support paperwork and documentation to maintain compliance with Iowa Code, SSA, MCOs, Iowa Medicaid

Responsibilities

• Provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and/or mental illness who live independently in community settings.
• Manages all aspects of the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program, including daily quality assurance on paperwork and documentation to stay compliant with Iowa codes, SSA, MCOs, Iowa Medicaid Enterprises, and To The Rescue policies.

Job description

The Human Service Coordinator provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and/or mental illness who live independently in community settings.

The Human Service Coordinator will manage all aspects related to the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program. This includes but is not limited to the quality assurance functions daily on all support paperwork and documentation to remain compliant with standards set by Iowa Code, the Social Security Administration, Managed Care Organizations, Iowa Medicaid Enterprises, and To The Rescue Policies.
