The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced professional to take on a challenging and rewarding leadership role within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring proven management and supervisory experience in a government setting, with a strong background in personnel action requests and HR processes. This individual will possess exceptional judgment in setting priorities, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring timely, accurate results. Collaboration is key in this role and the ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
