Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to oversee HR operations for the KFC Yum! Center and Cardinal Stadium area in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on completing tasks independently while collaborating with a team to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

You’ll support onboarding, records management, and respond to HR inquiries, while working to improve processes and data quality. This position participates in cross-functional efforts and develops HR systems insights.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $23.50 per hour – $30.41 per hour
