Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management.
  • Assist with workplace investigations and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Assist in development and implement HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned.

Location: Site-based at the Springer Mine and Milling Complex in Imlay, Nevada
Employment type: Full Time
Reports to: Human Resources Manager, Springer

The Human Resources Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily HR operations while supporting employees, managers, and organizational leadership. This position is responsible for supervising HR staff, implementing company policies, supporting recruitment and employee relations, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Human Resources department.

  • Lead, train, and support HR staff to ensure effective performance and service delivery.

  • Oversee onboarding processes.

  • Ensure employee personnel files and HR records are accurate, current, and confidential.
