Job summary

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Strategies and Services, Human Capital's Assessment Unit, Workforce Planning Section, in Washington, District of Columbia. This is a non-bargaining unit position.

Minimum Qualifications

You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing the following duties:

  • Developing and recommending human capital solutions to address current or emerging organizational challenges.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, identify requirements, define objectives, develop strategies and monitor progress toward excepted outcomes.
  • Interpreting and applying complex human capital laws, regulations, policies, guidance and advising leadership on actions needed to ensure compliance and support organizational objectives.
  • Analyzing organizational priorities, mission requirements, and operating environments to identify human capital implications and develop appropriate recommendations.

National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience)
