Critical Serves as a Senior Case Management Analyst for the Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA), responsible for reviewing and analyzing applications for the correction of military records. Critical Utilizes the official Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA) electronic case management system to manage and track the complete lifecycle of assigned cases. Reviews case files to determine if all relevant issues have been fully addressed by the office of primary responsibility.
