Job summary

Field Fastener in Florence, SC is seeking a Human Resources Representative to provide tactical direction and consultation across the organization, with primary support for Florence and Tyler locations.

You will lead recruiting and staffing, support benefits and payroll, and help with employee development, safety initiatives, and Field culture initiatives. Travel to Tyler, TX is expected about once per quarter, with potential travel to other locations as needed to support business.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Representative provides tactical direction and consultation to team members and leaders across the organization, with primary support for the Florence, SC and Tyler, TX locations. This position is expected to maintain strong engagement and connection with both locations by building relationships, understanding location needs, and providing ongoing HR support. This includes critical HR functions such as supporting and enhancing Field culture, recruiting and staffing, team member development, benefits and payroll support, and facility safety. Travel to Tyler is expected approximately once per quarter, with additional travel to other company locations as business needs require.
