Job summary

ADEQ Human Potential Office is looking for a Sr. HR Analyst to join our team, focusing on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. This flexible role allows virtual/remotely from home within Arizona, with occasional in-office meetings.

You will work across HR functions, developing full-cycle recruitment processes, representing ADEQ at statewide job fairs, and utilizing the PageUp ATS to source top talent. A background in HR and 3+ years in HR analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or any combination of training and experience that meet knowledge, skills, abilities.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an intermediate human resources analyst or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill; strong interpersonal, phone and customer service skills.
• Knowledge: Researching and compiling information
• Ability: Perform research, collect and analyze data and reports information

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements in the full cycle recruitment process (Job posting, souring, resume review, references and job offers).
• Attends job fairs and networking events throughout the State to promote ADEQ positions and branding.
• Using PageUp the State of Arizona’s ATS.

• As the Sr. HR Analyst, you will work in one or more functional areas of Human Resources, specifically in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. The ideal candidate for this role must be versatile, have a sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task and can switch gears quickly.
• This is a flexible position with the option to work virtually/remotely from home within Arizona.

Major Responsibilities:
