Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. in Society Hill, SC is seeking a corporate office Recruiter to support high-volume full cycle recruiting across multiple business units. This onsite role partners with hiring managers, sources strong candidates, and ensures a responsive, compliant process aligned with company values.

You’ll manage requisitions, build talent pipelines, and participate in job fairs and recruiting events while staying current on compensation trends and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in industrial construction, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Experience recruiting for both staff and management roles and crafting recruiting requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, Affimative Action).

Responsibilities

• Support a high-volume recruiting workload with 20+ active requisitions across multiple states and business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using iCIMS-integrated job boards, direct outreach, networking, and hiring events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified talent.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive compensation trends.
• Maintain an efficient recruiting process with timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage requisition workflow, approvals, and status updates within iCIMS.
• Ensure recruiting activities meet EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, and Affimative Action requirements.
• Develop relationships with colleges, trade schools, and workforce development programs for long term recruiting efforts.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications and culture fit.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial construction, manufacturing, or a related environment.

• Highly responsive with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Applicant tracking system experience (iCIMS preferred).
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
