Job summary

TEKsystems in Oklahoma City is seeking a temporary Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, on-site environment. You will move open positions through the hiring process, maintain records, and enhance candidate experience while adhering to HR processes and compliance.

You will handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, onboarding steps, and recruitment tracking using Workday and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of professional HR management experience or a master’s degree with 1 year of HR management experience.
• HR management experience should include recruitment, payroll administration, job analysis, classification, wage/benefits, or civil rights administration.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements.

• Maintain daily recruitment tracking spreadsheets and status reports.
• Follow established recruiting SOPs, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflow efficiency.

We are seeking a temporary Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in a high-volume, fully on-site environment. This person will help move open positions through the hiring process efficiently while maintaining accurate records, supporting a positive candidate experience, and following established HR processes and compliance requirements.

In this role, you will support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, requisition management, offer support, onboarding steps, and recruitment tracking. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, provide regular updates on candidate and requisition status, and use tools such as Workday and Microsoft 365 to manage daily recruiting activity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

HR management experience should include at least one of the following: recruitment, payroll administration, job analysis, position classification, wage/salary and benefits administration, or civil rights administration.

Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.

Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
