Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations to conduct complex workplace investigations and advise on HR policies across the organization. The role supports department heads and staff in resolving employee relations issues, coaching on training, corrective actions, and terminations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in business or HR, at least two years of HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of HR work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and HRIS systems.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and maintain biennially.
• Ability to travel required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations conducts complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, etc. Serves as subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, procedures and programs. Provides support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues. May coach and counsel department heads in employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances. Performs special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least two (2) years of Human Resources work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.
• Ability to travel required.

Preferred qualifications

• Human Resources Professional Certification preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,720.00 to $95,180.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering skill set, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
