Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Partner focused on Employee Relations to conduct complex investigations and provide expert guidance on HR policies across the organization. The role supports department heads and staff, offering coaching on training, performance actions, and investigations.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business or HR, 2+ years in HR with employee relations and investigations, and knowledge of employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum two years of HR experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, or confidentiality breaches.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Support department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
• Provide coaching and counseling to department heads in training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances.
• Perform special HR projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations conducts complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, etc. Will serve as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, procedures and programs. Provides support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues. May provide coaching and counseling to department heads in the area of employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances. Will perform special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

2. At least two (2) years of Human Resources work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations required.

3. Knowledge of state and federal employment law.

4. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

5. Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.

6. Ability to travel required.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Human Resources Professional Certification preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,550.40 to $99,840.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
