Accountable and Reports to: Assistant Manager of Human Resources Direct Reports: None
High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative environment (preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Ability to operate standard office technology, including computers and telephones. Ability to review and analyze documents and data on screen. Ability to occasionally transport materials weighing up to 10 pounds (such as files or office supplies).
This role works primarily in an office setting at Hy-Vee's Human Resources department, with frequent in-person contact with employees, applicants, visitors, and vendors. Primary tools include Workday, Microsoft Word and Excel, and standard office and telephone equipment.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen.
