Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Operations to provide HR guidance, focusing on employee relations and practices.
  2. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to ensure compliance and reduce risks.
  3. Assist management with policy adherence and employee management issues.
  4. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
  5. Lead recruiting and talent management efforts, training managers on effective hiring practices.
  6. Coordinate onboarding and handle employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Analyze HR metrics to develop solutions and improve policies.
  8. Provide performance management guidance and coaching to operations staff.
  9. Deliver HR training and support to enhance team development and morale.
  10. Contribute to workforce planning, restructuring, and succession planning strategies.
  11. Participate in HR program evaluations and ensure training effectiveness.
  12. Lead special projects as assigned.
  13. Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines including recruiting, talent management, and employment law.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably ADP) and Microsoft Office suite.
