Position: Human Resources Consultant, Except Payroll and Timekeeping

Type: Contract

Compensation: $59 - $111/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities
  • Process, verify, and maintain comprehensive personnel documentation, including recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence
  • Record and validate detailed data for each employee, such as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, production outputs, supervisory performance reports, and termination records
  • Clearly explain company personnel policies, benefits programs, and procedures to employees or job applicants, contributing to AI model training datasets
  • Assist in the administration and delivery of employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans, providing insights for AI training inputs
  • Respond to inquiries regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring thorough and accurate responses for both people and AI model learning
  • Collaborate with data annotation teams to interpret and structure HR-related scenarios for training artificial intelligence systems
  • Support the evaluation and refinement of AI-generated HR content, upholding accuracy and industry compliance standards
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources, excluding payroll and timekeeping
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity
  • Proven ability to process and organize complex personnel information accurately
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and employee benefits administration
  • Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Comfort working with digital tools, databases, and remote collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment
  • Previous experience contributing to AI or data annotation projects within HR
  • Certification in Human Resources or related field
  • Background in training or change management related to digital transformation in HR
