A leading risk management firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support HR operations, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. This role allows for remote work within the Central or Eastern United States. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR management or business, have 3-5 years of HR experience, and strong communication skills. The Human Resources Manager will support the regional Human Resources Director by performing recruiting, new hire processing, employee changes and terminations, benefits administration, data entry, reporting, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation management. The Manager will be a trusted business partner to the region’s senior management and field office Directors. This position can be located remotely within the Central or Eastern regions of the United States ONLY. If the chosen candidate resides near Pinkerton’s headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, then the role will have a hybrid work schedule.
