Job summary

Arvato, a global 3PL leader in supply chain and e‑commerce services, seeks an HR Manager to own HR strategy and coordinate operational HR activities at the local site. You will lead recruiting, talent management, HRIS, benefits, payroll, and leadership development while ensuring data protection compliance and reporting accuracy.

You will collaborate with IT for HRIS audits and create turnover, hiring costs, and benefits reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business with 5 years of HR management experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading HR professionals and teams.
• Experience managing staffing agency partnerships.
• Experience auditing HR reporting and HR databases.
• Excellent communication skills to advise and influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and ATS.
• Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Job Description

The HR Manager owns components of the overall HR Strategy as well as delivering against enterprise priorities at their local site. As the Human Resources Manager, you will use your strong technical and analytical skills to lead and coordinate HR operational and strategic activities such as recruiting, talent management, HRIS implementation and maintenance, benefits, compensation, payroll administration and leadership development. You will oversee the daily operation of company HRIS, generate and create reports and dashboards, examplesi.e., turnover reports, hiring costs, benefit reports. You will collaborate with IT to perform regular testing and audits of HRIS to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

YOUR TASKS

• Refine our human resources policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
• Overall management of our contingent labor relationships and developing competitive staffing strategies for both short term and long-term requirements.
• Establish measurement criteria to ensure effectiveness and applicability in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the performance management processes for team.
• Ensure all colleagues are supported in their career development goals.
• You will be the central point of contact to provide human resources advice, guidance and customized solutions to local management and employees.
• This position will be critical in determining the needs of the organization, assisting in developing plans, and proactively implementing the plan utilizing a variety of key resources inside and outside of the department.
• Coordinate with site managers and HR staff to address site-specific challenges and promote a unified HR approach across the organization.
• Stay abreast of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and proactively addressing potential risks.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and senior management to mitigate HR-related risks and liabilities, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Manager or equivalent with 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
• Experience managing a team of Human Resources professionals.
• Experience managing staffing agency partnerships.
• Experience auditing reporting in HR systems and HR database administrations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of data protection regulation.
• Familiaritywith payroll systems and ATS.
• Strong analytical skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish/English preferred.
