Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• HR Business Partner experience supporting senior-level leaders.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, change management, or business transformation.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence leadership in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRL, or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Exposure to U.S. and Canadian employment practices

Location, Schedule, and Pay

• Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380 (hybrid)
• Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
• Pay: $78-$101/hour
• Work location: In person
