General Description:

• Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations across the supply chain.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee customer order management, production planning, material planning, warehousing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, packaging, and internal/external logistics flows.
• Ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and production planning that meets customer requirements and inventory targets.
• Coordinate logistics activities with customers, suppliers, shipping contractors, and cross‑functional internal departments.
• Manage logistics, freight, and warehousing costs while ensuring compliance with budget objectives.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Establish, monitor, and drive logistics KPIs to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of new logistics and supply chain projects.
• Manage supplier and transportation provider performance to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team, including performance management and annual performance reviews.
