Sheraton San Diego Resort is seeking an Human Resources Manager to partner with senior HR leadership to develop and execute strategies aligned with the Sheraton Brand and ownership. You will support employee engagement, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and development across the hotel.

About the Role
The Human Resources Manager effectively partners with the Senior HR leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that meet and exceed the expectations of the Sheraton Brand, ownership and associates. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting employee engagement, community service initiatives, labor relations, benefits, learning & development, compliance, and recruiting.
To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who is proactive, highly organized, and known for exceptional communication and follow-through. This position is ideal for someone with a good foundational understanding of HR practices and the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the hotel while navigating change with ease. Salary Range
The salary for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
