About the Role

Golfsheds designs, manufactures, and installs the world's finest luxury golf simulator buildings for high-net-worth homeowners nationwide. We've quickly surpassed 50 employees and are hiring aggressively across production, installation, and operations to fuel upcoming growth.

As our HR Manager, you'll own the people function end to end and build it from the ground up — the hiring engine, the review systems, the compliance backbone, and the culture that keeps a fast-moving, multi-state workforce safe, productive, and bought in.

If you're energized by building scalable systems, protecting a growing company from risk, and developing people in a hands-on environment, we'd love to meet you.

  • Hands-on experience owning hiring in a high-volume or fast-growth environment
  • Experience with performance reviews, progressive discipline, drug/alcohol programs, and workers' compensation
  • Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems
  • Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive issues and investigations
  • Comfortable building systems from scratch, not just maintaining them
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a non-exempt, hourly, field-based workforce (installers, tradespeople, travel and overtime pay)
  • Experience scaling HR through rapid growth or across multiple sites and states
