This position will supervise a dedicated HR team consisting of an HR Business Partner and two Recruiters, providing leadership and direction across recruitment, employee relations, personnel actions, and other HR services.The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-focused HR leader who communicates effectively, handles sensitive matters with discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to employees, applicants, and agency leadership. This position will advise facility and agency leadership on personnel matters, interpret and apply applicable state and federal employment laws, the Oklahoma Administrative Code, Civil Service Division provisions, policies, and procedures, and provide guidance on complex HR matters.
