Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions, support and engage team members, and shape organizational culture. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance across our hospitality operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and people skills to drive a positive work environment and business success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years team management experience in an HR role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license and ABLE license.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
