Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Montebello, CA. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and supporting staff across multiple imaging locations. The Human Resources Manager will manage employee relations, performance reviews, and corrective actions, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating benefits and payroll-related information with relevant departments, and maintaining accurate HR records and reports. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, training, and organizational development, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
• Skills in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to California and healthcare environments.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, HR reporting, and maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and roles.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience designing or supporting training, development, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Previous HR management or senior HR generalist experience, preferably within healthcare, imaging, or a multi-site clinical practice.
