St. Mary's Hospital - Kankakee is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead HR programs, from recruitment and training to promotion and employee relations.

The role acts as an adviser to executive staff on policies, programs, and organizational changes, while administering welfare services to staff and ensuring wage and hour compliance. The position is full-time and on-site in Kankakee, IL, within the Human Resources department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Master's Degree preferred
• At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required
• Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques; review techniques; training methods.
• Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88,192.00 to $123,136.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
