Job summary

The Caterpillar Griffin, GA office is seeking a Human Resources Manager to implement HR strategies, guide policies, and foster employee development. You will partner with management to drive engagement, retention, and performance while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

You will coach leaders on performance, compensation, and benefits, analyze HR metrics to inform decisions, and lead a team of HR professionals across centers of excellence.
