• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in performance management and talent development preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for US employees and managers. Coordinate with the PEO on payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR processes.
• Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• Partner with business leaders on talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Support compensation, promotion, and organizational change decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports and provide people-related insights to leaders.
• Support recruitment activities and critical hiring needs as required.
• Work from our office location in California, Carlsbad and travel to MN once in a month for business visits.
