Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Human Resources Manager for Hyatt Regency Boston Cambridge in Cambridge, MA. You will lead HR strategy, manage talent acquisition, development, and employee relations, ensuring legal compliance and best practices within a world-class hospitality operation.

You will partner with hotel leadership to enhance engagement, performance and training, while maintaining confidentiality and adapting to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years HR experience, prior hotel experience preferred.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must.
• Experience with Affrrtantive Action helpful.
• Ability to manage a diversified workforce.
• Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and remain flexible to constant change.
• Overtime Eligible Manager (OEM)
