Hyatt Regency Boston Cambridge is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function, shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive work culture. You will attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with HR best practices and regulations.

You will collaborate across departments to implement HR strategies that enhance engagement, performance management, training, and employee relations in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years HR experience.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must.
• Experience with affirmative action helpful.
• Ability to manage a diversified workforce.
• Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and remain flexible to constant change.
