The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brawley, California. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The Human Resources Manager will manage recruitment and onboarding, support workforce planning, and coordinate training and development initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing benefits and compensation processes, and supporting managers with coaching, documentation, and organizational development.
